Here I am

 

OLAS is not working so well for me.

 As of today I have applied to over 50 teaching jobs since May.  Today I printed a few substitute applications for schools in the area. I am not so confident anymore. I have such great grades and recommendations, yet I have not even got a call for an interview.  

Still making $9 an hour at a daycare where I have to do more paperwork than anything.  I have a masters degree, I need to be putting my skills to good use. 

Trying to follow my university's motto is hard when I'm only one of a thousand certified teachers looking for work.
